As I was checking and speaking to one person, the other desk clerk was placing two sense and opinion in a conversation she was felt entitled to involve herself. She even was telling me how I was feeling ??? I don’t recommend this place. That was the craziest experience I’ve ever had in my life.
Dr Ward and the staff are very kind, helpful, and don’t pressure you into additional procedures or buying glasses. The office is also clean with plenty of parking in the shopping center
I’ve been to two other optometrist offices in the area and Coastal Eyes is by far the best! Dr. Marfori was excellent. Reuben, who helped me pick out glasses was very thorough and gave me his honest opinion on the frames I tried on. They have a nice selection of frames and it feels more like a boutique. Highly recommend!
I wouldn’t trust my eye exam to anyone else!
