I made my first appointment for surgery in October, 2021. I was scheduled for the surgery in April 2022. Less than 6 days before my surgery I was told that Dr. Ouano had a personal emergency and would not be able to reschedule five months later. I can't see to drive at this point and had to rearrange multiple things to make the April date. I have no confidence that he will be available in September now. I am now going to have to explore traveling to another city i.e., Washington, D.C. for treatment with a doctor I can rely o... read more

I read Dr. Ouano's reviews AFTER my surgery. Bad for me! All bad reviews about Dr. Ouano seem to disappear after a few weeks! How is this legal or fair to potential new patients? Just say no to this Doctor!!!
My appointment was cancelled a week before the scheduled date due to my eye doctor's having a personal issue. The office said they would call to reschedule. Three weeks later, hearing nothing, I called them, was told my doctor was still unavailable, and if I wanted to reschedule with another doctor, there was an appointment available in six months. Otherwise, they said, I could go somewhere else. Guess what I'm going to do?
