Gave them 1 star because it would not let me leave a 0 star. Dr. required me to make 2 trips to have my eyes checked out. Charged me both times and 1st visit wait time of 1 hour to see Dr. for 3 minutes. I was told to come back for eye test. 2nd visit wait time was 2 hours for a 5-minute test. Looking for a new Dr,
If it were possible to rate lower, I would. Scheduled an appointment for a consultation whether it was appropriate time for cataract surgery. After a 15 minute wait, was ushered by a technician to undergo the battery of eye exams as if one were seeking new glasses. I neither wanted or needed such intrusion. After putting dilation drops in my eyes was then ushered to a waiting room with many other patients. They do not have an option of an Optimap to avoid the drops. What a cattle call. Waited 1.5 hrs to see the doctor and was told it would be another 30 minutes. IF your going to coastal show up 1 hr late. Do yourself a favor. They are not on time why should you be. You'd get better service at the veterinarian.
