I Came to get my car washed the other day and I was very impressed with the professionalism of one young man who worked on my car. He was so friendly and helpful he looked like he enjoyed doing his job so much that I had to give him a tip. Young Black man with cute dimples lol his name was Alonzo definitely coming back for the service.
I came and got my car washed by a young man I believe his name in Alonzo. Let me start by saying the service was impeccable but what sent me through the roof was the level of customer service care he had. When I came in with my car it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks had things in areas I assumed I couldn’t reach. By the time I left there I felt so good from the communication to the level of comfort he gave me. Thank you Alonzo for the amazing service I definitely will be coming back there and recommending friends.
Hi, I want to give a special shout-out to one of the young man with the dreads Alonzo, working at this car wash. He is truly dedicated to his job and consistently goes above and beyond for customers. While I experienced others only spray the front and side windows, he takes his time and makes sure the entire car is fully washed down with the power pressure. Alonzo did an amazing job washing my car today. He took his time and sprayed the entire car down, not just the side windows like some of the other workers tend to do. After the wash, he even came out to help dry the car and cleaned my mats without me having to ask. The attention to detail and customer service were excellent. Thank you, Alonzo! I’ll definitely be back again!
