The staff is very helpful and do a magnificent job but the owner is a despicable individual. He rented a machine to a local business and scheduled the pick up time prior to our return time. He called and harassed me until I agreed to return the machine three hours earlier than agreed upon. Next time I will drive as far as I need to so I can avoid him.
