Didn't get any work done with these guys but I called asking for a repair and they gave me incredibly good advice that saved me a ton of time and money. Whoever answered the phone was incredibly honest and helped me out tremendously.
Contrary to what was communicated to me, I later found out when I had work done that Coastal Enginuity did not use OEM parts on my mower. I also didn't approve or appreciate coastal Enginuity putting their business stickers on my mower either.
