When we first came to Florida, our dogs received water straight from the tap! When they got sick, we investigated whole house water purification systems & chose Coastal Energy Water & Air. I discovered that I as cooking with that same tap water. After the testing of tap water, bottle & water out of my refrigerator, we went with a whole house purification system & reverse ozmosis. Luis, the quality control representative for coastal energy, water, and, air was very informative and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and provided valuable suggestions for the new whole house water purification system. The system is up and running with noticable changes that we, as a family of 3, need to get use to.

The RainSoft system I purchased is great…my experience with Coastal was a different story. After I purchased a system, I still constantly receive non-stop AI calls from them. When I called the office to have myself removed from the list, I spoke to a man named Laz who kept trying to transfer me over to another employee named Abdiel, which I found confusing because Laz initially introduced himself as the manager.
