Needed someone right away as my furnace stopped working…they sent a technician within 1 hour of calling as it was cold and absolutely no heat at my house. Technician saw and repaired issue within 20 minutes…impressive!
The workers were courteous and professional and did great work! They went above and beyond, and most importantly, the invoice was exactly what they said it would be. Thanks very much! Highly Recommend!
We're former clients of Pope & Sons, who went out of business. After much research, we chose Coastal Energy to service our Carrier heat pump system. Our first experience was first class. Scott was on time, verified everything thoroughly and took the time to go over the status of our system and answer our questions, Highly recommended!
Scott was really helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly. I enjoyed my experience. Thank you to the Coastal Energy team!
Chris and Cameron were very pleasant & nice to have around. They were also very efficient. It was nice to see someone was so happy with his work that it made him sing.
