Installed the heat pump for my house and made the service visit for it. Was easy to make appointments and they called to let me know when they'd arrive. They explained what they did and made sure to check if there were any recalls on my unit. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them in the future.
The technician was prompt, completed to job efficiently and explained each step and even helped on an issue that was not related to the heat pump.
Had them to come make a little adjustment after 7 years from install date. Gave a very generous price and the employee was nice to deal with as well.
Friendly staff overall, hired a great electrician on our behalf, sought out best options for our ac installation, concerned about their customer service, very knowledgeable and all with a sense of humour. And a great price! What else could you ask for?!
I had disruption with my gas furnace after Fortis turned off my gas for a repair. Jay and Scott were quick to come by and address the situation and get it fired up again. Thanks for the friendly and quick service!
