We've used Coastal Energy several times over the past year for things such as servicing our boiler, changing the mixing valve on our hot water heater and our fuel. Called them to set up a time to install propane tanks for a new generator and was told someone from service would get back to me. A month later I called again and was given the same message. After another few weeks I called again and was told they only had one tech and now that it was heating season he was booked solid but would get back to me. Now months later they still have not contacted me so I had to go with another provider which I should have done to start with. Just simply the worst customer service.
Some of the most professional, kind and efficient staff we have had the pleasure of working with. It is such a RE FRESHENING experience in these days we live with no customer service anywhere. 5 stars cause we can’t give them ten!!
Just wow, called and had my tank set, filled, and furnace cleaned inside of 48 hours, and fixed code compliance issues last provider had signed off on. Night and day compared to last propane dealer, office is actually organized with delivery tickets and accurate billing. Wish I had come here a year ago.
