My appointment was originally 11:30am. I was notified yesterday that there was a mistake in scheduling and asked to come in a half hour EARLIER at 11am. I showed up 15 minutes prior at 10:45. It is now 12:15pm and I haven’t been called. WHAT IS THE ISSUE HERE that I was asked to come in a half hour earlier and still not called? My driver has to be at work. I was told it would be 1 1/2-2 hours total. It’s already almost an hour and a half, so I may need an Uber now. Now 12:25pm and still in the waiting room 🤷‍♀️ I will edit ... read more

Superbly professional and friendly! Dr. Chiu is the best and so was the anesthesiologist (forgot his name) and Jenna, my nurse (I believe this was her name). And so was Peggy, responsible for my discharge. Caring, respectful, friendly, calming, human! Clean, top technology, a truly pleasant experience! I was very impressed with the overall clinic, as it didn’t look that sophisticated from the outside. Wonderful place. Simply put, they make an unpleasant experience extremely tolerable. Not my 1st procedure but without a doubt, your comfort IS paramount with these great folks. As mentioned in a previous review….. entire staff explains what they are doing & why, (clear communication) at all times. Highly Recommend! Very Satisfied

Best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. Staff was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic bedside manner. They explained everything that they were doing and made sure my comfort was paramount. I'd give it a 10 rating if I could!
