Superbly professional and friendly! Dr. Chiu is the best and so was the anesthesiologist (forgot his name) and Jenna, my nurse (I believe this was her name). And so was Peggy, responsible for my discharge. Caring, respectful, friendly, calming, human! Clean, top technology, a truly pleasant experience! Wonderful place. Simply put, they make an unpleasant experience extremely tolerable. Not my 1st procedure but without a doubt, your comfort IS paramount with these great folks. As mentioned in a previous review….. entire staff explains what they are doing & why, (clear communication) at all times. Highly Recommend! Very Satisfied
Best experience I've ever had at any doctors office. Staff was incredibly friendly and had a fantastic bedside manner. They explained everything that they were doing and made sure my comfort was paramount. I'd give it a 10 rating if I could!
VERY PLEASANT!!! Facility to get the unpleasant procedure. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Very clean facility. There is plenty of parking and easy to get to. Shout out to all the nurses and doctors. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed with your procedure. The staff is organized, and I was taken right on my appointment time. Thanks, everyone!
