SKETCHY DOESN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THIS PRACTICE! I was told two months prior to my visit that my insurance was "in network". Two hours before the appointment they called and said "your coverage only allows for 'skilled nursing"...(total BS) but if I wanted to pay out of pocket ($190) then I would get refunded if/when my insurance paid the claim.
