Unfortunately, I would not recommend this law firm. They not only made false promises and ghosted my friend on returning their retainer until they threatened legal action, but they have also been known to recruit clients in an unethical manner. Engaging in such practices undermines the integrity of the legal profession and raises concerns about their professionalism and ethical standards. Based on my friend's experience, it was a very unprofessional encounter overall, and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services.
