If I could give zero stars I would. They were hired to provide reports of a water intrusion event in my condo. 36 days after the event I still don't have any documentation of the damage. I have left no fewer than 5 messages that have not been returned. I have used other companies for water intrusion, and this one was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I am still waiting but I am done asking for the information.
