5/22/23: It's been over 2 and a half months now, and still no refund received. Empty promises, was promised AGAIN a refund over a month again. 4/19:Service was excellent until starting October of 2022. Suddenly our weekly service went to 2 or 3 weeks out of the monthinstead of every week (which is what we were paying for), to maybe one week in January, to never showing up in February. We cancelled at the beginning of March out of frustration. Paid in advance for a treatment back in Oct/Nov, but never received the treatment. ... read more
