No one else can carry your struggles for you—you’re responsible for your own life. Kindness and agreeableness seem to be a luxury these days.
Extremely disappointed in this company. They are extremely difficult to do business with, don't return phone calls, holding up jobs because they don't follow up, on and on and this is systematic, owner down to estimator. We are not a difficult customer. But now we have a pending project that we were looking to a good electrical contractor on and I have been waiting 4 weeks for them to return a phone call.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday. They said they'd send someone right away. Got here in 15 minutes. Did some troubleshooting, found the problem and fixed it and replaced a receptacle I've been meaning to get to. I'm very pleased.
A great experience getting help with our renovation needs.
