Extremely disappointed with the service this past month. My power was nearly shut off over a $67 balance despite a recent payment, and I had to pay $80 out of pocket last-minute just to keep my kids from sitting in the dark. The customer service was unhelpful and gave incorrect information, blaming us for excessive usage and claiming a power outage. Incorrect meter readings the past few weeks , I have been overcharged during that time, and an error reading of 214 kilowatts used on Friday which is impossible I had a positive balance before Friday now all of a sudden I'm in the hole they should be sued.
Don’t recommend their service, i had 85$ prepaid left and they sent me an email talking about my account was overdue and that i had to pay 122$ plus 10$ to reconnect service. No warning or nothing. And its not the first time this happens. Completely trash service.
