I’m wondering if the receptionist at this office actually likes her job? She was one of the most unpleasant people that I’ve talked to. Here’s a tip, please do not make the person calling and trying to make an appointment for their child feel to feel stupid. Just following the doctors offices instructions. This lady was absolutely no help. Also, if you hate being a receptionist for a doctor’s office, find a new calling.
Been going to Dr Willis scents before Katrina. Always, always excellent care and service from the doctor and his entire staff. Best doctor I've ever found
Dr Willis is great! He was able to see me same day. He took his time with me and explained everything extremely well. Very knowledgeable and to the point. I cannot recommend him enough!

I haven't had the chance to speak with the doctor yet, but the office staff definitely needs to improve their customer service skills. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was put on hold without any notice. The hold music started, but no one informed me that I was being placed on hold.
