Staff was very friendly. Explained everything that was being done, and the results of all testing. Fixed a problem with hearing aids quickly. Would recommend their services.
They don’t accept self pay patients! Let that sink in for a minute. I booked an appointment four months ago, that’s how long it takes to get in and see an ear nose and throat doctor. During that time I left my job and no longer have the same health insurance I had when I booked the appointment. I won’t have health insurance until my new employment begins. They turned me away and told me I could not self pay and that it was company policy that they only take patients that have insurance. What a racket. I’d give them zero star... read more
Honestly had a terrible experience from the very first visit to the last. I had an ER visit that showed a lymph node in my neck with necrosis and followed up with my PCP who sent me to Dr Dillon for a biopsy referral. At the first visit she dismissed my symptoms to be “stress” and then said she would check my throat (didn’t clarify how) so I opened wide and said “ahh” and she shoved a long camera through my nose. I recently had an appt. at Costal ENT and was treated by Denise Hardy. She was very friendly and I feel very capable. She explained everything and took great care of me. She is a PA there. Ask for her if you have the opportunity.
I could not have been treated any better. From check in and the first person I saw and then the PA .She was excellent. I had a thorough examination and a discussion on what I needed to do. I will definitely recommend your practice to anyone who needs your help.
