Very pushy wanting credit card information, to initiate service for my 95 yr old mom. After I got the statement there was no insurance payment info. I called and requested another statement with this information and they refused, twice. Im a retired doctor and have never encountered this. I refused to pay without this info and they said would send the bill to collections. Obviously, this bill will not be paid, until i get some confirmation. Rude and not trustworthy. Avoid.
