Ronnie the owner/service technician was great and very professional. He answered questions that I had after he came out. I would use Coastal Drain and Sewer again. However, Jodi in customer service was very rude which was disappinting, maybe she was having an off day but please don't take it out on your paying customers in the future. Still 5 stars for price, service, and professionalism from Ronnie.
Ronnie and Jodi are honest, outstanding customer service and took great care of us. We are repeat customers and wouldn't use anyone else.
