The receptionist are usless and never pass on note to dr ornthey contact you 2 weeks later stating that the dr needs to see but your referral has lapsed andnyou neednto get a new one, but never mentioned that 2 weeks ago when thr dr was available... now he's on holiday until after july....
I was recently referred to Coastal Digestive Health. Every member of the team were friendly, efficient and very helpful. My procedures were performed by Dr Felicity Hartnell. She was very informative, friendly and I was instantly at ease. She was happy to answer any questions I had both before surgery and on the follow up phone call to discuss results. Dr hans seltenreich always very help with my coeliac disease and I have been see him for very long time now he was very happy and he now how to doing a great job with all my procedures over the years and today when I when to have a procedure like colonoscopy and a endoscopy and I am very happy to have him as my stomach doctor and to keep a eye on my coeliac disease and the all the receptionist stuff are very friendly and are very nice and help you out when you come into the clinic and keep up the good work
