My husband recently had an MRI done here and the service was excellent! Georgette at the front desk went above and beyond to get us his report in a very small window of time! So thankful for her and the rest of the staff here! Highly recommend!
RecommendedI had an appointment here on October 15th at 10:15 for an MRI with and without contrast. I was so nervous, never having this before and having all kinds of health concerns I can’t thank the staff and technicians enough. They were amazing. I was so panicked and the tech just spoke to me during the procedure, I wouldn’t have made it through if it wasn’t for her. Thank you all.
First of all, you told My mother she would be getting a ultrasound. Fast, and drink water so her bladder is full, and be here at 8:15. At 8:50, you then tell her it’s for a X-ray instead. It’s 9:15, we’re still sitting here. Ridiculous. Needless to say....I dislike the medical field��!

This is the place to go if you want the OPEN MRI. No need to drive to New Bern. The staff from the front desk to the technician was courteous, efficient and helpful. I had only a 15 minute wait from my appointment time. Would not hesitate to return if needed.

Do not go here unless u have time to waste. No matter what time u make the appt u will wait 2 hours its terribl3 . Came on a referrral but will not come.back. got here at 245 its 442 still waiting

While we strive to accomodate everyone in a timely manner, we are not always able to complete all patients waiting at the same time. They except you to pay your copay at your appointment who can afford a $500+ copay. They call you the day of your appointment and tell you have to pay it or your tests cant be done who has that kind of money ?? NOT ME!!! Was able to work. Amount that was affordable. They worked me in to get my MRI the front ones not so friendly one seemed like she no idea what she was doing
