Very unprofessional, my mom was there for a ultrasound and was told a day prior that she needed to be there the next day promptly at 830 or she would not be seen. She was there at 8 waited 2 hours before asking if she was still going to be seen. Only to be told her insurance didn't cover it... like what? She was alo told she was not allowed to use the restroom as they needed a full bladder to do the test. It's absolutely unacceptable.
This is for the office at 100B. This is in regards to receptionist PJ. She needs training desperately. She is extremely rude and condescending. When a patient has a breast ultrasound Order in hand and not a mammogram Order there’s a reason. Which would be private. She then precedes to ask why I’m not getting a mammogram instead. In a waiting room. This is not her place. She then says you know their different. I’m well in my 60s. Yes I do know they’re different. She needs to be trained.
