2026 update: We still see Dr Helen Hall regularly and her service and care has never changed. She is still caring and thorough and we’ve referred a few friends to the practise and to her personally. The feedback we’ve had from our friends is identical to ours. As before, if her books are open, Dr Hall is a fantastic option! Helen was amazing. Helen was amazing. We recently moved from Brisbane and after being left high and dry by another paediatrician, Dr Hall was an absolute breath of fresh air. She read all the documentation she had requested and we felt not only heard, but listened to. There was no re-diagnosis, there was no changing his meds or starting again. We received new meds to work alongside what we had and it was thoroughly explained why and how they work together, side effects, changes we can expect to see, dosage plans, etc. we left with no questions... read more
