I first used Lisa at Coastal Designs for custom Hunter Douglas blinds and was very pleased. She is very professional and personable and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. The blinds fit perfectly and look great - and when an issue arose she took care of it quickly. Because things went so well with the blinds I ordered custom drapes and, again, I couldn't be more pleased. Coastal Design was such a joy to work with - prompt, assessed our needs quickly, and worked with us to find just the right coverage for our large, street-facing window.
