This is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever dealt with. I had an office visit in June. I then the country for the next 6 weeks on summer vacation. I returned to a voicemail from office manager stating that my September appointment was cancelled due to lack of payment from my June appointment!! I called to explain that I was out of the country and would make payment that day. Office manager stated I should have alerted her I was leaving the country for 6 weeks…unimaginable….
