My visits to Coastal Dental Specialists have been very pleasant and refreshing. As a retired dentist I was very impressed with the friendly and courteous receptionists and dental assistant. I found Dr Caldwell to be very professional as well as friendly and kind. I highly recommend this practice.
The professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness was excellent. Dr Patrick Caldwell and staff were excellent in explaining all the steps in the process as well as post procedure information.
Dental work has always been a traumatic experience for me, like most people I put off the work due to fear. Coastal Dental Specialists made the experience as pleasant as could be, they make you feel comfortable and communicate each step before proceeding. Thank you for understanding these procedures are not easy for everyone to overcome. I would recommend them to all, especially those who struggle with dental fear. Staff very pleasant and empathetic. Patrick very proffesional and thoughtful. He was very good but I hope I don't ever need to have more complicated dentistry.
