First let me tell you these are the nicest people you will ever meet. Kelly in the office was absolutely five stars, she has the best personality of anybody I had met in a business in years. Josh that repaired my truck was five stars and above. His work is absolutely beautiful . When Josh got done with my truck you could not ever tell there were dents in the side of it . Made a appointment a week ago at Coastal Dent Repair for a minor dent on the top right fender of my 2017 Jeep j/k, a week ago, drove in to CDR today for the repair and as soon as I walked in the door I was hit with kindness and respect, very caring for the customers needs, they have a lot of patience to do the work that they do, it was definitely worth the wait for the repair! I brought my SUV in to CDR to have several typical parking lot dents and dings repaired and also asked if the the work could be completed in one day. I.was pleased to hear it could and also very satisfied with the results and found the cost of the work to be quite reasonable. They even buffed-out a few additional clear coat scratches at no charge. The office manager, Alexis who handled the transaction, was also very pleasant and informative. Kudos to the owner, Kevin and the entire team!
