This company and owner Lee Overstreet is just amazing. We had a lift put in, it is just what we wanted. Very affordable pricing, he goes above and beyond to talk with you, discuss concerns and his install and workers were top of the line, professional, knowledgeable and I was impressed with the precision and quality of the lift and the install. Update: There was an issue with the cable on the lift at my parent’s house more than a year after Lee installed it. My dad accidentally caused the issue, it was NOT the result of a defective product or because it was not installed properly. Not only did Lee return my mom’s call the same day, he was at their house first thing the very next morning *which was a national holiday* and fixed the cable *for free*. I can’t think of a better example of someone showing that they care about their customers and stand behind their work.... read more

It's very rare to find an honest business or a company that provides excellent customer service, but this company is one of them. The company who installed our new elevator completely ignored us when a problem with our elevator developed so we reached out to Lee. Lee came out the next day, and diagnosed the issue. He was professional and kind. I would highly recommend this company for all your elevator and lift needs.
