We're just at the beginning of our pool renovation with Coastal Custom Pool & Spa, but I want to convey how great they've been so far, communicating with me so nicely and in such a timely manner! And a special thank you to Tauris and Kevon, our demo crew, who worked so hard & cleaned up nicely when done. They went above and beyond, at our daughter's request, to bring back the old tiles that had been taken away, so she can make mosaic art with them, in memory of her times in the old pool with her grandmother--nice!
Working with Coastal Custom Pools has been a great experience. I highly recommend them. Yes, we have had some bumps in the process but all was addressed quickly and professionally. The Service Coordinator, Gineska, gets issues addressed right away and keeps you informed. The Pool Techs, Kevin and Jeff, go above and beyond to make sure everything is running efficiently. Great and responsive staff. I have used their team since I moved to Florida in 2023 and been very satisfied. Rocky is a great guy and keeps my pool in tip too shape. Cheryl is a pleasure to work with on any issues and always gets them resolved. Dillon and the rest if the team have helped repair issues that have arisen and are easy to work with on any problem.
Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and they followed through on everything they said. Simple things that make a huge difference. Very important for snow birds.
