This was our first major renovation project and I can't think of a better company to have worked with than Coastal Custom! From the very start to the very end, everything (and everyone) has been top notch and we could not be more thankful for all of your efforts along the way! Everything turned out so beautiful! My favorite part was the Dog Bowl station Jessie completed for us (picture below is before completion). Major props to give! I want to share our great experience with Coastal Custom Construction LLC. My wife and I bought a new home and knew when we bought, we were going to immediately add a matching coffee bar with lighting, storage and a trash pull out. We also wanted a custom fireplace mantel to match the oak floors. We reached out to one company and very quickly (like first phone call quickly) we didn't like the vibe. The first shoutout goes to Lisa, who is the CFO and chief communications officer of Coastal Custom Construction. Lisa always was prompt, cheerful and helpful with her replies to our emails. We've never had a bathroom remodeled, and we had plenty of dumb questions. Kudos to Lisa for her knowledge, guidance and patience. It was a positive experience working with Jesse and his crew. The whole process was smooth and pretty fast. From providing an estimate to completing the job all details were discussed and implemented without a problem. The crew was professional and extremely kind. They did an amazing job. Wonderful company to work with! Jessie and Lisa worked with our budget and helped us create our new kitchen! They were very detail oriented and worked with us every step of the way from the design, to material selection, and ultimately bringing our dream to life. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remodel and would work with them again for future projects at our home!
