After months of attendance and almost $10,000 spent here its been discerned that the girl who has been running this place on her own since 13 years old and who is now 18 years old has scammed me thousands of dollars. When asking about being overcharged and then further seeking a refund of thousands of dollars for more than one reason the girls mother emailed me, whom by the way I have never once seen working in this clinic, and tell me that she would credit me the money to a different service out of courtesy. Would not recommend. THEY HAVE RECENTLY RECEIVED AN EVICTION NOTICE FROM THEIR LANDLORD DUE TO FAILURE TO PAY RENT AND ARE TRYING TO GET AS MUCH MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE BEFORE THEY CLOSE DOWN. DISHONEST AND GREEDY PEOPLE PRETENDINGTO BE TRYING TO HELP. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
My experience with Coastal Cryo has been nothing short of amazing with each appointment. Mila is super sweet yet highly knowledgeable and professional. A huge tick for me is the immaculate hygiene maintained throughout the premises. This is reassuring. I have had lashes done, spray tans and regularly do Cryotherapy with Sauna. I can honestly say that I find the cryo and sauna to be so therapeutic on my body and mind. My teenager also joins me for these appointments after gym sessions to aid in recovery and repair.
