waited 1.5 hrs for our pizza it was awful! they just kept taking orders when they knew people were waiting so long and they were unable to serve in a reasonable amount of time

Disappointing Experience at Coastal Crust There was absolutely no customer service during our visit. Several employees were working, but no one wanted to answer basic questions like where to get drinks or where the trash cans were. The food was just okay—nothing special for the price. The playground is very small, so by 5:30 it was completely overcrowded and overwhelming. When we went to get ice cream before leaving, there wasn’t even anyone working behind the counter.
