The best CrossFit gym on the Sunshine Coast led by industry professionals. Marie is an absolute stand out coach who is so attentive and prioritizes technique and safety first. Love this place. Couldn’t recommend CC higher.
Come for the kind and welcoming folks. But stay for the excellent coaching. I had a limitation on my hang clean, Marie spotted the issue within three reps! I am now fixed for life and my collar bones won't be taking the 🔨 anymore! Thanks for the vacation welcome🙏

Coastal Crossfit has one of the nicest communities I've ever been a part of! Marie and Chris have created an amazing box with some amazing people. They are a family owned box and it is great to see their whole family involved. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a welcoming community, with professional crossfit training and coaching.
