Katie was very perfectly and paid close detail to what I said. She had to handle some problems, but she handled it the best she could. I want to thank her for all she did.
This is the most beautiful place that I hope to never have to use again! My mother passed away March 19th, 2025 and on that day and I lost my best friend. There will never be enough words to say how appreciative we are of Katie. She went above and beyond her role, guiding us, taking the horns and getting the answers we had or needed, getting the necessary paperwork etc.. Katie is truly an angel and Coastal cremations is lucky to have such an amazing human in times of grief. She is kind, considerate, thoughtful and patient but mostly, she was there for us. I lost my dad recently and did not realize how many decisions you had to make. Katie helped me throughout the whole process. She was so caring and kind providing so much comfort when it was really needed. Thank you so much for walking me through everything. Anytime I messaged her she messaged right back and was so helpful.
