There will never be enough words to say how appreciative we are of Katie. She went above and beyond her role, guiding us, taking the horns and getting the answers we had or needed, getting the necessary paperwork etc.. Katie is truly an angel and Coastal cremations is lucky to have such an amazing human in times of grief. She is kind, considerate, thoughtful and patient but mostly, she was there for us. I’m thankful we chose Coastal Cremation.
Katie is absolutely amazing!! She makes everything so much easier during these hard times. She communicates well and makes sure you are 100% up to date on everything. I lost my dad recently and did not realize how many decisions you had to make. Katie helped me throughout the whole process. She was so caring and kind providing so much comfort when it was really needed. Thank you so much for walking me through everything. Anytime I messaged her she messaged right back and was so helpful. This is long overdue but Katie and Coastal deserve to be recognized for how much care and comfort she provided the Uy family during such a tragic time. Every request and consideration was approved by her and was very much appreciated and needed during this time.
