Horrible. They can't keep track of what I owe. Sent me extra bills i dont owe, and they cant seem to explain where it came from.They have terrible customer service. Nobody on the phone knows what they're talking about. Very frustrating. If I could give them less stars I would.
These folks do not have any kind of secure banking, your personal data will be "lost". After they finally "find" your data and you complete opening your account THREE times, being CLEAR that you do NOT want paper statements, these greedy folks will still opt you IN so that they can steal their $4 a month statement fee. Is it extremely convoluted and difficult to even opt out, you can only do so on a computer and the people in the call center do not have the basic critical thinking skills to assist.
