Gave me an NSF for their error and wont reverse it. this bank has been giving me issues since day 1
This credit union is a joke. They spent millions of members money to renovate the main building and in the process went from 8 teller machines to 2. Their outside machines would not connect to a teller, one of the inside machines was completely torn apart, and the other one was not working properly. They have no live tellers there, just 3 or 4 people sitting around not sure what they’re doing. A totally wasted trip in the rain to try to deposit a check.
The new branch at the St. Albans HQ is finally open!!! Went there for the first time today. It looks fantastic. Nice work. Love being a Coastal member.

My years as a member in observations Coastal Credit Union DOES NOT provide any major or significant benefits to its members. Coastal credit union is no different from any other traditional bank. If I could give zero stars I would coastal has been a nightmare over the last yr. Missing money from my deposits, faulty machines, account issues, and after the falls of neuse branch moved there has been no help in branch. They lost hundreds of dollars and took over a month to find.
