Britt and his staff do a fantastic job. Very detailed oriented workmanship.
We have had a great experience with Coastal Craftsman. Our sun room and deck/patio needed updating and we ended up with an absolute oasis. Everything exceeded out expectations. Daniel (our project manager) was extremely nice and kept us informed all the way through the process. They estimated a plumbing repair for a property we purchased (arranged by our local realtor). Probably too small a job for them, but we used their estimate to negotiate price on the real estate transaction. After we closed on the deal, I called them, spoke with a receptionist, left a voice message, emailed, AND filled out a web form request. Each time I referenced the estimate number. Was just looking to get on their work calendar... even if it was months out. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.
My mother and I use to work with Britt. Always thought a lot of him and thought he was a good man. Sadly when mom called him for some work on our house. He was rude and unfriendly. Hurt mom's feelings so we never called him again.I guess he is greedy and thinks we are beneath him not enough money. He serves the rich only.
