They estimated a plumbing repair for a property we purchased (arranged by our local realtor). Probably too small a job for them, but we used their estimate to negotiate price on the real estate transaction. After we closed on the deal, I called them, spoke with a receptionist, left a voice message, emailed, AND filled out a web form request. Each time I referenced the estimate number. Was just looking to get on their work calendar... even if it was months out. Unfortunately, I never heard back from them.
