Mike was a fantastic CPR/BLS instructor. He provided great feedback on areas for improvement and clearly explained important updates during the recertification class. He was very knowledgeable, approachable, and made the class feel helpful and engaging. I also appreciated how he connected the material to his own experience working in the field, which made the information feel more practical and real. Overall, I was very happy with the class and would highly recommend him as an instructor.
