They have good providers but their office staff is inept at best. They try to make the patient to do insurance paperwork that their billing dept should be doing.
Your front desk gal, Rebecca Perry, is a fantastic, conscientious employee. She has persisted in helping me get my paperwork in and completed so I could make an appointment. I’ll have my first appointment next week and if the staff are even half as good as she is in performing their jobs, i will be in incredibly efficient and caring hands !
The office manager Toni is very professional. She ensures that patients are knowledgable about their insurance and communicate to provide the best customer service. Sam Harris is wonderful. I would highly recommend this office.
