I don’t often write reviews but I was shocked by the rudeness of the receptionist here. When I had to reschedule an appointment due to a childcare conflict, she was intentionally difficult about detailing future availability, basically scolded me for needing to reschedule, and audibly scoffed at the idea that I would check my calendar before confirming a new date. I can see from other reviews that this is a long-standing problem & can’t imagine how nothing has been done—in a therapist’s office no less. I put 2 stars because ... read more
If I could no stars I would. Definitely the WORST place EVER. The receptionist/ manager sounded like a joke. And the counselor didn't say a word. Oh except :our time is almost up". Then I said I have to give you the copay. Her response was "yes you do" ...unbelievable.. obviously no compassion I question training. 🤷♀️🤷♀️. I needed to see someone to combat intrusive thoughts. My doctor friend referred them. I spoke with someone initially who mentioned they’re going on vacation and someone would follow up with me, they never did. In the mental state I was in I felt abandoned and didn’t call back...My recommendation to them would be a tracking system of all interactions so no one gets missed.

I've been going here for about 6 months and love it. The atmosphere is great and Cynthia has really helped me alot in the last 6 months. Highly recommend them.
