We were extremely disappointed with our stay, especially considering the cost of this rental. When we arrived on Saturday, the air conditioning was not working. We immediately contacted Anna Maria Island Rentals, and they brought over portable A/C units that evening. On Sunday, maintenance returned, and an HVAC company determined that the system was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the disruptions didn't end there. The home was spotlessly clean and exactly as pictured—if not better. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook family meals. The neighborhood is very quiet, making it the perfect relaxing getaway
We were so pleased with the condition and quality of the rental home we stayed in the minute we walked in the door. Unlike some other vacation homes we've rented, the condition of the home (Island Therapy) exceeded what the photographs depicted. I called the office a couple times, first to compliment them and then to ask a couple questions. They were always prompt, very friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for more! We'll be back for sure.
