We called Coastal Cooling and Heating to get a quote to either clean or replace our entire duct system. They got someone out there the same day we called and we were very impressed with their professionalism and transparency. We ended up deciding to replace all of the ducts since we had recently replaced the outside unit (less than 3 years ago) and the crew at Coastal was able to complete the job in less than a week from receiving our initial quote! I got a second opinion about both of my a/c units. For the past 2 years another company was giving me the run around and it was HOT in my house every summer. Called Koy for a second opinion and he came out immediately and fixed my a/c - and found out that my a/c was still under warranty. My house is cold and it has not felt like this in a long time. We tried Coastal Cooling and Heating for the first time today. We’ve been disappointed with our previous AC service company. They were very punctual, trustworthy and knowledgeable. He took his time to diagnose the issue and also let us know a part was under warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.

Koy is professional and courteous. I called him when my A/C went down on Friday and he took a look at it, gave me my options. I unfortunately had to replace the A/C unit but the price was much better than other companies in the area! Koy got me a temporary solution for the weekend and he installed on Monday! I recommend Coastal Cooling and Heating for all your A/C needs!
