Worst experience ever. Night shift is the worse. Young guy shipping doc employee was the a total jerk to put it in better words for posting purposes. Bulk head was removed from my trailer and refused to place it back inside. When I asked to have places back the young guy refused with attitude and just threw out of the dock. Was told he didnt care

Horrible Experience with Coastal Cooling —- I had a 5 PM appointment with Coastal Cooling. It's now 1 AM and no one has shown up or called to explain the delay. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. When I called to ask where they were, the staff was rude and dismissive. They acted like it wasn't a big deal to leave me waiting all night. I was having 2 PM appointment and I was out by 3 PM. They have huge parking and they are very fast.

Checked in at 10735 ocean mist, have truck and trailer plate numbers. About 30 mins later i got called to door, drive to 11296 Blackie and back in. Remove your load locks before docking. Easy and quick.
