Too slow loading up
They make drivers wait days before they loaded you.
Very communicative and supportive for all shipments I have worked with them!
Don't check in at building, got to go to a dirt lot around the corner and check in. Then they call you for a door. Got to backup to your door from road, not bad. Loading was quick for me, maybe an hour. All in all wasn't too bad.
