They installed an electronic lock on my door and did not key it the same As the door knob. When I asked them to come back and fix it they told me that I never asked for it to be keyed the same. And I say the ends locksmith never asked me and told me that I had to use the key that came with the lock so…The Key is long gone And they want to charge me another $140. Do you not use them. This is extraordinarily bad customer service
