I had this clown of a company build a 36x40 ft shop. Adam was totally clueless as to how to manage a project and build a basic building. Early on in the project he keep asking for more money until I was totally upside down with build progress vs the money I had paid. Adam sat on the ground and had an emotional breakdown in front of myself and his crew. Adam kept asking for money up front and once paid, got on his excavator, and ruined our hillside that we had already prepped for work. They had no idea what they were doing and didn’t seem organized. They poured the cement first and then drilled holes for the rebar. The bricklayer was so frustrated that he quit. A couple of days later, Adam shows up with a new truck, told us he needed to cut more trees, and when we said no, he abandoned the project. Waste of time and money! In 2018 I hired Adam and his company to do a very large project. They pour over 1000 sqft of concrete patios, and driveways. They also installed 50 feet of retaining wall. The job cost over $15,000. His crew had no idea of what they were doing. Broke water lines and cut electric lines that were clearly marked. Incorrectly sprayed a sealer on the patio and left a blotchy finish.
