It has been since August 17, 2022, or ONE YEAR PLUS ONE MONTH since my floors were damaged by water. State Farm uses a company called Alacrity Solutions, that provide a supposedly vetted network of contractors. One of these contractors, Coastal Construction, was put on the job. Service Master came and dried the concrete slab after removing some flooring. The manager/contractor/finance guy of Coastal Construction wanted the whole check State Farm gave me for the damage.
