Horrible customer service. Eleanor is the worst, lies constantly, intentionally delays repairs if she doesn't like the homeowner. Caught her lying several times, this company has multiple service tickets open for several months. Starts the work and leaves it incomplete for months at a time. Gave this company multiple chances to correct there mistake, time to take legal steps.
Great construction company.
