My daughter and I are both seen by amazing clinicians at Coastal Connecticut Counseling! Cathy at the Fairfield office is the best clinician I have had bar none. She is solution focused and provides meaningful insight, thoughtful feedback, and has helped me tremendously. Sarah at the Milford office is absolutely awesome with kids. After calling several therapists recommended through the Moms of Fairfield Facebook group and never hearing back from anyone, I reached out to Coastal because they accepted my insurance. I was a little nervous because of some of the reviews I had seen, but my experience has been the exact opposite. Everyone has been responsive, professional, and caring.
