This experience could not have gone better. Travis and Adam listened to us to find out our exact needs and then exceeded them. The quality and care of the work was exceptional and their price came in well below our expected budget. As a family run company, by the end of the process they made you feel like family too.

I would give 6 stars, definitely recommend this company. I used Coastal Concepts on various projects throughout my house which included stair runners, basement flooring and entire first floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish and planning each project was much easier than I anticipated. The installers were clean, quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. Looking forward to the next project with Coastal Concepts.
I would give no stars, don't use this company. This is the final result of my white oak rift sawn flooring installed by Coastal Concepts. Total false response, we were never given the option in January for a total floor replacement. Additional floor delamination was reported in July, the NWFA inspector recommended injection repair not board replacement. We were given the date of Oct. by your company, not a hard date by us.
