I would give 6 stars, definitely recommend this company. I used Coastal Concepts on various projects throughout my house which included stair runners, basement flooring and entire first floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish and planning each project was much easier than I anticipated. The installers were clean, quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. Looking forward to the next project with Coastal Concepts.
I would give no stars, don't use this company. This is the final result of my white oak rift sawn flooring installed by Coastal Concepts. Total false response, we were never given the option in January for a total floor replacement. Additional floor delamination was reported in July, the NWFA inspector recommended injection repair not board replacement. We were given the date of Oct. by your company, not a hard date by us. I’m updating my review and would give Coastal Concepts more than 5 stars if I could! Since my last review, they installed window treatments (blinds & shutters) throughout my house. Their service snd pricing were excellent and the window treatments are gorgeous. That was last year. Now, a year later, right before the 4th of July holiday, guest were about to arrive and I needed to charge my remote controlled blinds in the guest bedroom but couldn’t find the charger.
