Are you kidding me!? Coastal Concepts is off the charts on customer service and value. Travis and Andrew are just good people. They completed three jobs for us in superb fashion. Our master bedroom was carpeted and because it is a "antique" house, it had a hump in the middle of the floor. CC came in and spent the time to correct the leveling issues and install a perfect hardwood floor. This experience could not have gone better. Travis and Adam listened to us to find out our exact needs and then exceeded them. The quality and care of the work was exceptional and their price came in well below our expected budget. As a family run company, by the end of the process they made you feel like family too.

I would give 6 stars, definitely recommend this company. I used Coastal Concepts on various projects throughout my house which included stair runners, basement flooring and entire first floor. Everyone was incredibly friendly from start to finish and planning each project was much easier than I anticipated. The installers were clean, quick, and their attention to detail was impressive. Looking forward to the next project with Coastal Concepts.
