I have been using this pharmacy for a little over a year, and on multiple occasions, they were unable to fill my full prescription due to stock issues. What I was never informed of—until recently—is that I was still being charged the full price, regardless of whether they could provide the entire prescription. For example, I was charged $30 for 60 capsules, but when they could only fill 30 capsules, I was still charged the same price. Coastal Compounding went above and beyond when my daughter needed a specially compounded antibiotic. The pharmacist we worked with, Sam, was so helpful and kind. Getting the special compound avoided my daughter having a likely hospitalization for not being able to take the regular medication.
